On the anniversary of the Boston Tea Party, faith leaders from across Massachusetts will gather for a press conference and multifaith prayer vigil calling on the Governor to exercise moral leadership and protect the people and sovereignty of Massachusetts.
Together with our partners at the Massachusetts Communities Action Network (MCAN), we will urge the Governor to refuse compliance with federal actions that threaten the rights and safety of our communities, especially immigrants. This action marks the beginning of a sustained moral campaign to defend human dignity and make clear that people of faith are organized, watching, and ready to lead.
Tuesday, December 16 | 10–11 AM | Boston Tea Party Ships & Museum area
